5/15/1999  Leslie's First on-air interview happened Tuesday, May 11th, on KHUM.  Things went so well that one of the DJs, Amy Berkowitz, was able to get Leslie booked at the Blue Moon Cafe that evening.  The next day Leslie had a great time on KMUD and during the interview/performance, 'Late Night Liz' a DJ with KMFB and KWAN, heard Leslie's performance and was so moved that she called the station and requested that Leslie appear on her show that evening.  Leslie was able to stop by KMFB, and her CD, Sketch Book, has been added to the playlist at both KMFB and KWAN.
    In other Leslie Claussen news, Leslie made her debut TV appearance, May 14th, on 'Good Morning Fresno'!  The show was broadcast from a local coffee house and featured Leslie as the musical guest.  Leslie played several songs and was interviewed by the hosts.  Several people who were in the coffee house demanded a copy of Leslie's CD, and luckily they were able to have one.  May 29th Leslie is playing at the Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Concert.  Jonathon Kyle, a DJ with KRVL in Kerrville, wants to have Leslie on his show after the New Folk Concert.  He won't be disappointed.
    Everyone is getting Excited about Leslie Claussen and all they had to do was listen!
